黄杨作为药用,早在明代《本草纲目》中就有记载。1969年,南空芜湖86489部队卫生队温朝旭医师应用民间验方组成复方黄杨粉和片剂治疗冠心病,经多年临床应用取得了较好疗效。以后,南空后勤部卫生处、江苏省植物研究所、中国医学科学院上海生理研究所、南京医学院及皖南医学院等单位作了一系列植化、药化及药理试验,证实黄杨主要有效成分为黄杨硷一号,其分子结构式与已知化合物 Cyclovisobuxine-D 相一致,具有强心、降压、增加冠脉流量、增加动物耐缺氧能力及抗心律不齐等作用。1979年3月,在芜湖市科委领导下,由皖南医学院科研处牵头,组成了安徽省黄杨硷临床研究协作组,对黄杨硷作进一步临床验证。黄杨硷一号由南空后勤部卫生处供给。现将资料较完整的117例分析于后:病例选择:按1973年全国心血管会议所拟订标准选择,共117例,其中男性67例,女
