从贵州大豆品种中随机抽取138份进行脂肪氧化酶测定、豆奶加工试验和品质、农艺性状鉴定。结果发现了31份脂氧酶缺失品种(其中包括2份育成品种),占鉴定总数的22.46%,包括缺失Lox2,Lox3和Lox2.3几种类型,以缺失Lox3类型较多。脂氧酸缺失大豆的分布以南部最多,北部最少,缺失类型则以中部最丰富。脂氧酶缺失品种的数量随着原产地大豆生长后期雨量的增多和温度的升高而增加,随海拔和纬度的增高而减少。
138 samples were randomly selected from Guizhou soybean varieties for determination of lipoxygenase, soy milk processing test and quality and agronomic character identification. The results showed that 31 types of lipoxygenase-deficient species (including 2 cultivars), accounting for 22.46% of the total number of identification, including the deletion of several types of Lox2, Lox3 and Lox2.3 to Lox3 deletion more. Lack of fatty acid distribution of soybean in the southern most, northern least, the missing type is the most abundant in the middle. The number of lipoxygenase-deficient varieties increased with the increase of rainfall and temperature at the late growth stage of native soybean and decreased with the elevation and latitude.
