我们都生活在文化中,文化是我们共同的纽带。当今世界,文化交流日益广泛,文化渗透日益深刻,文化需求日益多样,文化创造日益活跃,因而文化建设也日益迫切。正因如此,2004年4月,共青团中央联合中宣部、中央文明办等七个部委,一起实施了中国青年文化行动,这是贯彻“三个代表”重要思想和党的十六大精神的一项重要举措。在青年文化建设的过程中,有很多问题需要去探讨,比如什么是青年文化、怎样看待青年文化、青年文化建设有什么样的规律、在青年文化建设中怎样发挥青年的积极性和创造性等等。这些问题的认识和解决,将大大推进青年文化建设,实现文化育人的目标,帮助青年成长成才。为此,团中央等于2004年11月7日在海南省举办了首届中国青年文化发展论坛。论坛分为主旨演讲和嘉宾访谈两个部分,本刊特刊发论坛的精彩内容,以飨读者。
We all live in culture. Culture is our common bond. In today’s world, cultural exchanges are becoming more widespread, cultural penetration is deepening, cultural needs are increasingly diverse, and cultural creation is increasingly active. For this reason, in April 2004, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, together with the Central Propaganda Department and the Central Civilized Office, jointly implemented the “Youth Culture” campaign in China. In the process of building a youth culture, there are many issues that need to be explored, such as what is youth culture, what is the youth culture, what is the law of youth culture and how to play the initiative and creativity of youth in the youth culture building. Understanding and resolving these problems will greatly promote the building of a youth culture, achieve the goal of educating and educating the youth, and help young people to grow and develop. To this end, the CYL Central Committee and the Central Government held the first China Youth Culture Development Forum in Hainan Province on November 7, 2004. The forum is divided into two parts: Keynote Speech and Guest Interview. The magazine publishes the wonderful content of the forum to readers.
