培养学生的创新能力是数学新课程特别倡导的一大理念,也是信息时代赋予教师的重要使命。社会日新月异的发展需要人们具备创新能力,创新相当于鸟儿飞翔的翅膀,创新是人们进步成长的动力,是成功的源泉。现代教育心理学研究已证实创新能力是一种涉及人的心理、生理、智力、思想、人格以及社会层面等方面的综合体。笔者,作为一名一线教师,近年来着力进行了如何在初中数学教学中对学生进行创新能力培养的实践研究。一、转变现代教学理念,培养学生创新能力的前提
