通过实验法、数理统计法对吉林省青年男子短道速滑一级运动员的下肢小肌肉群训练进行分析。旨在从短道速度滑冰专项下肢小肌群力量训练的研究出发,通过下肢小肌群在短道速滑各个滑跑环节中的参与关系,寻找出以短道速滑项目为主的下肢小肌群训练评定指标,运用对指标的评价、对指标权重,建立专项下肢小肌群力量训练的框架,对吉林省青年男子短道速滑运动员的下肢专项能力的提高具有一定的参考价值和意义。得出结论:1)该测试训练项对于一般下肢身体小肌群陆地训练与冰上专项下肢小肌群训练联系紧密,对运动员专项能力提高至关重要;2)该测试结果反映出了实验组在进行70±2次下肢小肌群训练课的条件下,对于冰上专项能力与疲劳后蹬冰效果的保持均有显著提高。为青年短道速滑运动员下肢小肌群专项力量训练提供一定的参考价值。
Through the experimental method and the mathematical statistics method, the training of lower extremity small muscle group in Jilin Province young men’s short track speed skating athletes was analyzed. Based on the research on the strength training of the lower extremity small muscle group with short track speed skating, this study aimed to find out the lower extremity with the short track speed skating project through the participation of the lower extremity small muscle group in each skating part of the short track speed skating The evaluation index of muscle training, the evaluation of the index, the index weight, the establishment of a special strength training framework for lower extremity small muscles, has some reference value and significance for the improvement of the lower limbs’ special abilities of young men’s short track skaters in Jilin Province . Conclusions: 1) The test training item is closely related to the training of the general lower extremity small muscle group on the ground and the training of the ice-specific lower extremity small muscle group, which is very important to improve the athlete’s special ability; 2) The test results reflect the experimental group Under the condition of 70 ± 2 times of lower extremity small muscle group training, there was a significant increase in the special ability on ice and the maintenance of pedal ice effect after fatigue. It will provide certain reference value for junior short track skater special strength training of lower extremity small muscle group.
