幼儿园文化蕴涵着理想幼儿园模式的系统构想,是凝聚和激励全体幼教人员进行教育教学改革的强大精神力量。而一所幼儿园能否形成健康的文化,教师文化是基石。关注绿色心态、阳光心态的幼儿教师队伍培养,努力形成富有特色的幼儿园教师文化,是幼儿园可持续和谐发展的关键。我认为教师文化建设,可以从以下几方面着手:一是凝聚团队力量,营造和谐的教师文化氛围;二是打造学习型教师,提升教师文化的育人魅力。三是开展教研活动,构建求真务实的研究团队。
Kindergarten culture contains the ideal kindergarten model system conception, is to unite and inspire all preschool education staff education reform of the powerful spiritual force. Whether a kindergarten can form a healthy culture and teacher culture is the cornerstone. Concerned about the green attitude, sunshine mentality of preschool teacher training, and strive to form a distinctive kindergarten teacher culture is the key to the sustainable and harmonious development of kindergarten. I think the construction of teacher culture can start from the following aspects: First, to unite team strength and create a harmonious teacher culture; second, to create a learning teacher and enhance the teacher culture’s educational charm. The third is to carry out teaching and research activities, build a realistic and pragmatic research team.
