目的观察塑料薄膜(塑膜)覆盖法的灭螺效果。方法在钉螺孳生的荒地设单纯覆膜、覆膜辅助碳铵、覆膜辅助杀螺胺3组;沟渠设单纯覆膜、覆膜辅助碳铵2组,人工除障。每组设4个投螺点,每点投放钉螺100只,再将塑膜均匀覆盖封闭试区。分别于灭螺后3、7、15 d和30 d观察钉螺死亡情况。结果荒地单纯覆膜组灭螺后15 d钉螺死亡率为20.77%,30 d达96.92%;覆膜辅助杀螺胺组灭螺后3 d钉螺死亡率为80.46%。灭螺后30 d各组钉螺死亡率为96.92%~100%。结论塑膜覆盖法具有一定的杀螺效果,可在丘陵亚型、水网型血吸虫病流行地区合理选用。
Objective To observe the snail-killing effect of plastic film (plastic film) covering method. Methods A simple film was coated on the wasteland of snail breeding. Auxiliary ammonium bicarbonate was applied to cover the wasteland of snail breeding. Three sets of film were used to assist the killing of spiroxamine. The ditches were covered with pure film and coated with ammonium bicarbonate for two groups. Each set of 4 cast spiral points, put snails at each point 100, and then plastic film covering the closed area evenly. The death of Oncomelania were observed on 3, 7, 15 and 30 d after the snail killing. Results The death rate of snails was 20.77% on 15 days and 96.92% on 30 days after the snails were killed in the wasteland. The death rate of snails was 80.46% on the 3rd day after the snails were coated with the pesticides. The snail mortality of each group was 96.92% ~ 100% on the 30th day after snail treatment. Conclusion The plastic film mulching method has a certain effect of killing snails, which can be reasonably selected in hilly subtypes and water-net schistosomiasis endemic areas.
