目的 :探讨转移性与原发性肝癌临床诊断中彩超鉴别的应用价值。方法 :本文收集2014年5月-2016年5月期间于我院诊治的转移性、原发性肝癌患者各26例、23例作本次研究的对象,选取病例均经彩超诊断,统计分析诊断结果,探讨彩超鉴别的临床价值。结果:原发性和转移性肝癌诊断符合率分别为95.65%和92.31%;两种类型肝癌患者RI数值对比(p>0.05),而在门静脉流速、肝动脉Vmin、肝动脉Vmax3项数值方面差异较大(p>0.05);原发性肝癌内部及周边血流信号检出率分别为86.96%、100%均高于转移性肝癌。结论 :临床上转移性、原发性肝癌患者的诊断鉴别应用彩超,具有符合率高的优点,可为临床诊治提供参考依据。
Objective: To explore the value of metastasis in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods: This article collected from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of metastatic, primary liver cancer patients in each of 26 cases, 23 cases of this study, selected cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, statistical analysis of the diagnosis Results, explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound. Results: The coincidence rates of primary liver cancer and metastatic liver cancer were 95.65% and 92.31% respectively. There was significant difference in RI between the two types of HCC patients (p> 0.05), while there were no significant differences in portal vein velocity, hepatic artery Vmin and hepatic artery Vmax3 (P> 0.05). The detection rates of the internal and peripheral blood flow signals in primary hepatocellular carcinoma were 86.96% and 100%, respectively, higher than those in metastatic liver cancer. Conclusion: Clinical metastatic patients with primary liver cancer diagnosis using color Doppler ultrasound, with the advantages of high coincidence rate, can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
