人的α干扰素(IFN-α)是通过病毒刺激白细胞产生的,经试验用于治疗毛细胞白血病和肾细胞癌等肿瘤已取得了令人鼓舞的结果。作者于1981～1984年共收治51例 Ph~1染色体阳性、处于慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)慢性期病人。这些病人在开始接受 IFN-α治疗时。外周血及骨髓原始细胞<30%,无髓外白血病。大部分病人先前未经治疗,有20例曾接受过短于1个月的单一化疗药物治疗。90%病人在确诊 CML 后半年内开始接受 IFN-α治疗。
Human interferon alpha (IFN-α) is produced by virus-stimulated leukocytes and has been tested to find encouraging results in the treatment of tumors such as hairy cell leukemia and renal cell carcinoma. A total of 51 Ph ~ 1 chromosome-positive patients were enrolled from 1981 to 1984 in chronic phase of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). These patients started IFN-α treatment. Peripheral blood and bone marrow blast cells <30%, non-extramedullary leukemia. Most patients were previously untreated and there were 20 single-agent chemotherapies that had received less than 1 month of treatment. Ninety percent of patients started receiving IFN-a within six months after diagnosis of CML.
