目的探讨小鼠超声心动图的基本成像方法。方法采用彩色超声诊断仪,在小鼠胸骨左缘、胸骨右缘、心尖部及胸骨上窝扫查,采集心脏超声图像,并进行心脏结构、各瓣口血流及时间参数的测量。结果 120只小鼠均成功完成了超声图像的采集,胸骨旁左室长轴观、左室短轴观、主动脉弓长轴观、升主动脉长轴观、主动脉短轴观、肺动脉长轴观、心尖四腔观均可清晰显示,并顺利进行心脏结构、各瓣口血流及时间参数的测量。结论小动物超声仪能提供清晰的小鼠心脏解剖结构图像,并进行相关心脏功能参数测量,但须注意操作小鼠超声心动图时与人类心脏超声有很大不同。在同一实验中严格掌握统一的图像采集及测量标准至关重要。
Objective To explore the basic imaging method of echocardiography in mice. Methods The color ultrasound scanner was used to scan the left margin of the sternum, the right margin of the sternum, the apical portion of the sternum, and the supraternal fossa of the sternum. Echocardiographic images of the heart were collected and the blood flow and time parameters of the heart were measured. Results 120 mice successfully completed the ultrasound image acquisition, long axis of the parasternal left ventricle, left ventricular short axis view, aortic arch long axis view, ascending aorta long axis view, aortic short axis view, pulmonary artery long axis view , Apical four-chamber view can be clearly displayed, and the heart structure, the flow of each valve orifice and the time parameter measurement. Conclusion Small animal ultrasound system can provide clear images of cardiac anatomy of mice and measure related parameters of heart function. However, it should be noted that the echocardiogram of mice is very different from that of human heart ultrasound. In the same experiment rigorous grasp of a unified image acquisition and measurement standards is essential.
