盛世收藏乱世金,集邮活动是现代邮政建立以来,人类开创的一项有意义的收藏和研究行为。收藏体现了人类追忆历史,延续文明的情怀;现代邮政的建立便捷了人群之间情感和信息的交流,集邮珍藏了这份情感和关爱,收集邮票就是收集历史,了解过去才能更好的认识现在。集邮是一项良好的活动,早在上个世纪70年代,联合国就把集邮确定为有益于人类的文化活动,我国也确定集邮是精神文明建设中重要的组成部分之一,集邮活动对于构建和谐文明的社会有其重要的作用。
