为有效控制遗留煤柱影响区沿空巷道的围岩稳定,采用数值模拟的方法,对遗留煤柱上覆岩层应力场及位移场分布规律进行了研究,初步探讨了遗留煤柱影响区沿空巷道支护技术。数值计算结果表明,遗留煤柱对4煤层应力集中影响范围大约为煤柱前后50 m区域,最大集中应力程度达到原岩应力的1.65倍。在恒源煤矿454工作面巷道施工中,以数值计算结果为指导,对遗留煤柱影响区采用高强锚梁网索支护技术,取得了良好的技术效果。
In order to effectively control the stability of surrounding rock of roadway along gob-side roadway in residual coal pillar, the distribution of stress field and displacement field in overlying strata of coal pillar is studied by numerical simulation method. Roadway support technology. The numerical results show that the influence range of residual coal pillar on the stress concentration in No.4 coal seam is about 50 m before and after coal pillar, and the maximum concentration stress reaches 1.65 times of the original rock stress. In the construction of roadway of 454 working face of Hengyuan Coal Mine, taking the numerical calculation results as guidance, the supporting technology of high strength anchor beam and girder is adopted for the affected area of the remaining coal pillars, and good technical effects have been achieved.
