调整改革节目后的思考

中央人民广播电台从1985年底开始,着手调整改革节目,用了整整一年的时间。调改后的节目于今年元月1日出台。半年多过去了,效果如何,有些什幺启示呢?中央台提出的调改节目的指导思想是:“缩短战线,精办节目,提高质量,合理布局,更好地为两个文明建设服务”。原是想从整个宣传和节目布局上适应形势和听众的要求。尽管调改方案是经过充分讨论和调查研究后制订的,但能不能经得住实践的检验,心中无数。现在回过头去看,可以这么说了:已经初步站住了脚。为了说明这个问题,我想举几个数字。今年上半年,中央台共收到听众来信215327件,作为十亿人口的国家电台,这个数字不算多,但是,它比去年同期的135044件增加了59.8%,也是中央台历史上最 Since the end of 1985, the Central People’s Broadcasting Station has started to readjust the reform program and took a full year.
