以含镉冶炼废渣浸出液及渣场淋浸废水为研究对象,研究了由于停产企业含镉废水导致附近河流水质镉的轻度污染应急措施,通过采取河道投药进行化学沉淀处理和水库调水稀释的措施,使河流镉含量达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅲ类水体要求,并对含镉废水进行稳定化处理,通过调节pH、投药量和反应时间等措施,实现了含镉废水稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)二级标准。
Taking cadmium smelting waste leachate and residue field leaching waste water as research object, this paper studied the emergency measures of slight pollution of cadmium in nearby rivers due to the wastewater containing cadmium in the enterprises that were stopped production, through chemical precipitation treatment and river water dilution Measures to make the river cadmium content meet the requirements of Class III water body of “Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard” (GB 3838-2002) and stabilize the wastewater containing cadmium. By adjusting pH, dosage and reaction time, Cadmium wastewater has reached the Grade II standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
