本文研究了用 nμc-Si:H/SiO_x/Ag结构取代 nμc-Si:H/Ag结构对 a-Si:H pin型单结太阳能电池光伏参数的影响,观测到这种电池的填充因子和短路电流有所改善,文中对这些参数改善的机制作出了解释.
In this paper, the influence of nμc-Si: H / Ag structure on the photovoltaic parameters of a-Si: H pin single-junction solar cells by using nμc-Si: H / SiOx / Ag structure has been studied. The filling factor and short circuit Current is improved, the paper explains the mechanism of improving these parameters.
