The centralized procurement of equipment and materials at the corporate level broke the original interest pattern and was often boycotted by some small interest groups in the project department in practice. The use of corporate rights, improve the mechanism to establish a system is the prerequisite for the smooth implementation of centralized procurement of equipment and materials. Strengthening system design, highlighting the starting point and ending point of centralized purchasing, and perfecting the system and establishing a system are the preconditions for the smooth implementation of centralized purchasing of equipment and materials. The centralized procurement of equipment and materials at the corporate level broke the original interest pattern and was often boycotted by some small interest groups in the project department in practice. In order to smoothly implement the centralized procurement of equipment and materials, construction enterprises must make use of the legal person’s rights, improve the mechanism, establish a system and receive centralized purchasing power of equipment and materials.
