目的:探讨免疫性肝纤维化肝组织结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)与转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达与肝纤维化的关系。方法:用猪血清大鼠腹腔内注射复制免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型,免疫攻击16周后处死动物,行肝组织病理分析,免疫组化法检测肝内CTGF、TGF-β1表达。结果:16周后模型组大鼠形成典型的肝纤维化,肝内CTGF与TGF-β1表达均显著增强,同时二者阳性分布部位相近,表达程度呈正相关性;且CTGF表达与组织病理上肝纤维化变化呈正相关性。结论:实验性肝纤维化过程中CTGF与TGF-β1促进肝纤维化的进展。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in hepatic fibrosis in patients with immune liver fibrosis. Methods: The model of immunocompromised liver fibrosis was established by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum. Immunohistochemistry was performed 16 weeks after the immunization. The pathological changes of liver were observed. The expression of CTGF and TGF-β1 in the liver was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: After 16 weeks, the model rats formed typical hepatic fibrosis, the expression of CTGF and TGF-β1 in the liver were significantly increased, while the positive distribution of the two parts were similar. The expression of CTGF and histopathological liver Fibrosis changes were positively correlated. Conclusion: CTGF and TGF-β1 promote hepatic fibrosis in experimental liver fibrosis.
