在生产时间全面管理的基础上建立了生产控制系统;它使整个企业运行不必再依靠“自上而下”的行政命令而一直处于连续改进过程。在这种新型的时间管理系统中采用了标准时间,它易于确定,且对企业全体员工都是透明的。为确定迄今通用的生产效率激励系统所必需的工时定额所花费的巨大开支特大大地减少。那些可持续地提高生产效率的“精益生产”的概念能顺利地融入现有的企业管理组织中。
The production control system was established on the basis of comprehensive management of production time; it enables the entire enterprise to operate without continuous reliance on top-down administrative orders and has been in a process of continuous improvement. Standard time is used in this new type of time management system, which is easy to determine and transparent to all employees of the company. The enormous expenses expended to determine the time-of-work rations necessary for the production efficiency incentive systems that have been used so far have been drastically reduced. The concept of “lean manufacturing” that can continuously increase production efficiency can be smoothly integrated into existing enterprise management organizations.
