中华人民共和国国家经贸委、国家计委和国内贸易部最近联合作出决定,国有商业食品企业要加大改革力度,对全行业进行战略性改组,力争国有商业食品企业的市场占有率在大中城市达到50%,设施、设备利用率达到50%以上。 国家经贸委、国家计委和国内贸易部等有关部门,为了贯彻落实党的“十五大”精神,加大国有商业食品企业体制的改革力度,加快调整食品企业的所有制结构,充分体现国有经济在食品市场占主导地位的改革方向,共同提出了对国有商业食品企业实行全行业改组的新举措,并专为此而联合发出通知,妥善部署了这项新出台的改革方案。
The State Economic and Trade Commission of the People’s Republic of China, the State Development Planning Commission and the Ministry of Internal Trade recently decided jointly that state-owned commercial food enterprises should intensify reforms and strategically restructure the entire industry, striving to achieve a market share of state-owned commercial food companies in large and medium-sized cities. To reach 50%, the utilization rate of facilities and equipment will reach more than 50%. The State Economic and Trade Commission, the State Development Planning Commission, and the Ministry of Internal Trade and other relevant departments have intensified the reform of the state-owned commercial food enterprise system in order to implement the Party’s spirit of the “15th National Congress”, and accelerated the adjustment of the ownership structure of food companies, fully embodying the state-owned economy. In the direction of reforms where the food market is dominant, they jointly proposed new measures for the restructuring of the state-owned commercial food companies, and issued notices specifically for this purpose, and properly deployed this newly introduced reform program.
