兖矿集团东滩矿井下主胶带运输机使用的胶带为钢丝绳胶带,主钢丝直径3mm,共158根,主钢丝的上下分别有一层由直径为1.5mm、间距为10mm的钢丝组成的纬向层(纬向层用来防止胶带的纵向撕裂),主钢丝上层的覆盖胶(包括纬向层)厚度8mm,为承载面,下层厚度(包括纬向层)6mm,为摩擦面。1989年投入运行,从1995年开始胶带出现大范围的跑偏(空带运行状态如下图所示)。撒煤严重,严重影响着矿井的正常生产。
