Under the invitation of Mr. Marin L. Zimnernum, editor-in-chief of the Insulator Information and Market Report, I participated in the second international non-ceramic insulator technology seminar held in Singapore. The conference began from June 12th, 1996 to June 14th. More than 180 experts and representatives from 27 countries and regions, including China, attended the conference. 27 topics were discussed, including different presentations by American experts. Insulator sheds operating experience in materials, interfacial properties of composite materials, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance characteristics of mandrel; Germany, the United States and other experts
