分析锈蚀槽钢的高度和跨度对其弯矩-曲率关系曲线的影响。研究结果表明:试件的弯矩-曲率关系曲线分为两个阶段:第1阶段为弯矩-曲率关系基本呈线性关系,锈蚀槽钢梁翼缘屈服时的应变为0.001 8左右;第2阶段为屈服强化段,锈蚀槽钢梁翼缘的极限应变取为0.01;在达到极限承载力时,试件发生整体受弯破坏。在试验研究基础上,提出锈蚀槽钢梁基于平均厚度和锈蚀率的弯矩-曲率关系的计算模型。该模型反映锈蚀槽钢弯矩-曲率关系的特点,模型计算值与试验结果吻合较好。
The influence of the height and span of corroded channel on its moment-curvature relation curve is analyzed. The results show that the bending moment-curvature curve of the specimen is divided into two stages: the first stage has a basically linear relationship between bending moment and curvature, and the strain at yielding of the flange of steel corroded channel is about 0.001 8; the second stage is In the yield strengthening section, the ultimate strain of the steel flange of the corrosion channel is taken as 0.01; when the ultimate bearing capacity is reached, the specimen is bent and damaged as a whole. Based on the experimental study, the calculation model of the moment-curvature relationship of the corroded channel steel beam based on the average thickness and the corrosion rate is proposed. The model reflects the characteristics of the moment-curvature relationship of corroded channel steel. The calculated values agree well with the experimental results.
