露天矿是金川公司最早的生产矿山,主体矿床于1990年7月闭坑.现主要承担主流程生产所需的砂石、石英石生产及机械加工、内燃机修理、机械化运输和综合服务等任务.全矿共有职工1195人,设备448台(套),固定资产原值4592万元,其中工业设备原值2507万元,装机容量6835kVA.一、制定规划、明确措施,保证创建工作顺利进行矿里专题研究并详细制定、下发了开展创建“无泄漏工厂(车间)”活动的安排与规划,确立了奋斗目标.科室与车间挂钩联包,构成紧密的协作网络.在创建工作中,矿里还注意充分发挥党团员的模范带头作用,各车间针对各自的工作特点,组织党员义务献工,休息日自愿加班清扫设备,整理工作现场.机关党支部多次组织党员、科级干部、入党积极分子等为生产繁忙的砂石、石英石两车间义务献工,清理料场、平整路面;各车间党支部积极组织党员和干部多次义务劳动,有效地激发了职工群众的工作热情.
