兰州通用机器厂广大工人、干部和技术人员正在认真学习毛主席关于加强无产阶级专政的理论,满怀豪情大搞技术改造,纪念“鞍钢宪法”发表十五周年,为把我国建设成为社会主义的现代化强国而奋斗。走进厂区,到处是热气腾腾的技术改造景象。今年1—3月全厂实现技术革新148项,其中重大革新8项。单是三月份就实现革新106项,其中重大革新5项。
