在众多的贲门癌术后并发症中,返流性食管炎是较常见的一种。目前尚无有效治疗方法。本院自1985年以来,采取间位空肠十二指肠(胃)食管吻合术35例,预防效果尚称满意,现报告如下。
In many postoperative complications of cardiac cancer, reflux esophagitis is a common one. There is no effective treatment. Since 1985, 35 patients with jejunal duodenal (gastric) esophageal anastomosis have been treated in this hospital. The prevention effect is still satisfactory. The report is as follows.
