目的了解男男性服务者(MB)的心理健康状况,用以指导对该人群的健康教育和行为干预工作。方法在男男性接触志愿者帮助下对目标人群进行自愿匿名问卷调查。结果调查对象平均年龄为(23.1±4.9)岁,92.4%未婚,高中及以上学历占81.9%,主要为学生、从事商业服务者和待业者。焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查结果显示,焦虑发生率为46.6%,除不幸预感、静坐不能和多汗3项得分与常模比较差异无统计学意义外,其他各项得分及标准分均高于常模抑郁自评;SDS量表调查结果显示,抑郁发生率为68.1%,除情绪的晨重晚轻、性欲减退和决断困难与常模差异无统计学意义外,其他各项得分、总分及标准分均高于常模抑郁自评。结论MB较年轻,性行为活跃,流动性大,心理健康状况明显低于正常人,应根据该人群的社会特征及心理健康状况有针对性的进行健康教育和行为干预。
Objective To understand the mental health of men who have sex with men (MB) to guide their health education and behavioral interventions. Methods A voluntary anonymous questionnaire was conducted on the target population with the help of MSM volunteers. Results The average age of the respondents was (23.1 ± 4.9) years old, 92.4% were unmarried, 81.9% were high school and above, mainly students, commercial service providers and unemployed persons. Anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) survey showed that the incidence of anxiety was 46.6%, except for unfortunate prejudice, sedentary and hyperhidrosis three items and no significant difference between the norms, the other scores and standard points Higher than the norms of depression self-assessment; SDS scale survey showed that the incidence of depression was 68.1%, in addition to emotion of morning and night, loss of libido and decision-making difficulties and norms were not statistically different, the other scores, The total score and standard scores were higher than the normative depression self-assessment. Conclusion MB is younger, has more sexual activity, has more mobility, and has a significantly lower mental health status than normal. The health education and behavioral intervention should be conducted according to the social characteristics and mental health status of MB.
