目的评价脑卒中经口进食患者的进食现状,分析脑卒中后进口进食困难的影响因素。方法采用自行设计的一般情况调查问卷、中文版简易进食观察表-Ⅱ(CH-MEOF-Ⅱ),对上海市6家医院就诊的385例脑卒中患者进行调查。结果 385例脑卒中患者中发生进食困难226例,发生率为69.1%,其中摄入困难、吞咽困难、精力不足/食欲下降的发生率分别为54.4%、31.4%和41.8%。多因素分析显示,NIHSS评分是进食困难发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者普遍存在经口进食困难,应实施针对性改善方案,积极预防营养不良等并发症。
Objective To evaluate the status of food intake in patients with stroke and analyze the influencing factors of food intake after stroke. Methods A total of 385 stroke patients in 6 hospitals in Shanghai were surveyed by using self-designed general questionnaire, Chinese-Simplified Simple Food Observatory-Ⅱ (CH-MEOF-Ⅱ). Results Among 385 stroke patients, 226 cases had eating difficulties, the incidence rate was 69.1%. The incidence of dysphagia, dysphagia and apnea / appetite were 38.4%, 31.4% and 41.8% respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that NIHSS score was an independent risk factor for eating difficulty (P <0.05). Conclusion Stroke patients generally have oral feeding difficulties, and should be targeted to improve the program to actively prevent malnutrition and other complications.
