一、教育技术概念在亚洲的不断深化教育技术的概念最初是60年代由英美介绍到亚洲各国的.当时教育技术的主要特征是在教育上利用视听媒体以及行为科学应用于教育过程中.其他如大众传播、系统论和交互作用等教育技术的概念也或多或少地为亚洲各国接受.科学的范围已扩展到教育以及教育技术已成为一个独立的研究领域,这两件事实在亚洲,也和在欧洲、北美一样得到了公认.
