四环素族抗生素本身荧光弱,在酸性或碱性溶液中加热生成降解产物,荧光就增强;与二价或三价阳离子(如Ca~(++)、Mg~(++)、Be~(++)、Al~(+++))的螯合物荧光强度更强。本文采用一阶导数荧光光度法,通过测定脱氧土霉素和土霉素与Al~(+++)生成的螯合物,而测定药物制剂中各自的含量;其线性范围分别为0.2~1.4μg/ml与0.05~0.6μg/ml;最小检出量为4.7×10~(-3)μg/ml与2.0×10~(-3)μg/ml;回收率为99.5%与99.0%。仪器与试剂 P-E荧光分光光度计(MPF-43型);试剂及溶剂均为分析纯;双蒸
The tetracycline antibiotics are weak in their own fluorescence, and are heated in acidic or alkaline solution to generate degradation products, resulting in an increase in fluorescence. Compared with divalent or trivalent cations (eg, Ca ++, Mg ++, Be + +), Al ~ (+++) chelate fluorescence intensity stronger. In this paper, the first derivative fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of each compound in the drug formulation by measuring the chelate formed between the oxytetracycline and oxytetracycline and Al ~ (+++). The linear range was 0.2 ~ 1.4 μg / ml and 0.05-0.6 μg / ml respectively. The minimum detectable amount was 4.7 × 10 -3 μg / ml and 2.0 × 10 -3 μg / ml.
