胸腺是免疫衰老的“钟”,在机体衰老的过程中十分重要。生理性胸腺萎缩是老年人免疫功能下降的关键。各种应激反应等也可导致病理性胸腺萎缩,常伴有免疫功能缺损。福氏完全佐剂免疫核糖核酸(FCA-iRNA)是从淋巴组织中提取的一种非特异性免疫RNA。 本文观察了FCA-iRNA对肾上腺皮质激素所致胸腺萎缩的小鼠胸腺光镜、电镜下形态结构,以及末梢血淋巴细胞和酸性非特异酯酶活性的影响。
Thymus is the “bell” of immune aging, which is very important in the aging process of the body. Physiological thymic atrophy is the key to the decline of immune function in the elderly. A variety of stress reactions can also cause pathological thymic atrophy, often accompanied by immune dysfunction. Freund’s complete adjuvant immune ribonucleic acid (FCA-iRNA) is a non-specific immune RNA extracted from lymphoid tissues. In this paper, the effects of FCA-iRNA on thymus atrophy mouse thymus light microscope, morphology under electron microscopy, and peripheral blood lymphocytes and acidic non-specific esterase activity were observed.
