随着经济体制改革的深入,国营大中型企业逐步摆脱了旧体制的羁绊,与前10年相比,企业活力有所增强。然而,与一些乡镇企业和“三资”企业相比,国营企业却显得活力不足,不少企业面临重重困难,举步维艰。为了寻求解决这一问题的答案,无锡市统计局对该市130家国营企业的厂长、经理进行了一次问卷调查。在调查中,厂长、经理们不仅指出了问题的症结所在,而且就深化改革提出了值得人们深思的建议。
With the deepening of the reform of the economic system, state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises have gradually shaken off the old system. Compared with the previous decade, the enterprise’s vitality has been enhanced. However, compared with some township and township enterprises and “three-funded” enterprises, state-owned enterprises appear to lack vitality. Many companies face difficulties and are struggling. In order to find an answer to this problem, Wuxi City Statistics Bureau conducted a questionnaire survey of the directors and managers of 130 state-owned enterprises in the city. In the survey, the director and manager not only pointed out the crux of the problem, but also put forward suggestions for deepening the reform that are worthy of consideration.
