旧水泥混凝土路面上沥青混凝土罩面结构中大量反射裂缝的形成和存在,主要是由于旧路面板受到行车荷载或者是持续循环的温度应力的反复作用,或者是二者耦合作用。解决反射裂缝问题,必须将如何消解旧板裂缝或接缝处的应力集中现象放在罩面工程的首要位置考虑。设置应力吸收层可有效地防治和延缓反射裂缝的产生、扩展。对采用应力吸收层的罩面结构进行三维有限元分析和耦合应力分析,得出应力吸收层的设置能有效地改善接缝处路面结构的应力集中现象。旧水泥混凝土路面的破损状况与结构特征的有效评定是加铺前的关键步骤,关系到加铺成功与否,对于防治和延缓反射裂缝有着重要的作用。
The formation and existence of a large number of reflection cracks in the asphalt concrete masonry overlay on the old cement concrete pavement are mainly due to the repeated action of the old pavement slab by the driving load or the continuous cyclic temperature stress or the coupling between the two. To solve the problem of reflection cracks, we must consider how to eliminate the cracks in the old board or the stress concentration in the joints at the top of the overlay project. Set stress absorption layer can effectively prevent and delay the generation of reflective cracks, expansion. The three-dimensional finite element analysis and coupling stress analysis of the overlay structure adopting stress absorption layer shows that the stress absorption layer can effectively improve the stress concentration of the pavement structure at the joint. The effective assessment of the damaged condition and structural features of the old cement concrete pavement is a key step before the paving process, which is related to the success of the paving, which plays an important role in preventing and retarding the reflective cracking.
