五、OK 432在实验动物中的作用制机1.直接抗瘤作用Sakurai等(1972)首次报导使用大于0.1KE/毫升浓度的OK 432在体外对各种实验肿瘤具有杀伤效应.Ono等(1973)也发现OK 432在体外能抑制吉田肉瘤、Ehrlich癌细胞及人鼻咽癌细胞(NPC204)的核酸合成,但对HeLa细胞和正常淋巴细胞则几无影响,表明对OK-432的敏感性因细胞种类之不同而异.此外也还有些类似的报导如Micksche等(1982).为了阐明其机制,必须再进行生化学方面的研究,但据上述研究结果,提示肿瘤局部注入OK-432也可能获得临床疗效.
V. Effect of OK 432 in Experimental Animals 1. Direct anti-tumor effect Sakurai et al. (1972) reported for the first time that OK 432 with a concentration greater than 0.1 KE/ml had killing effect on various experimental tumors in vitro. Ono et al. (1973) )OK 432 was also found to inhibit the nucleic acid synthesis of Yoshida sarcoma, Ehrlich cancer cells, and human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells (NPC204) in vitro, but it had little effect on HeLa cells and normal lymphocytes, indicating a sensitivity to OK-432. The cell types vary. There are also similar reports such as Micksche et al. (1982). In order to elucidate its mechanism, biochemical studies must be performed. However, according to the above findings, it is suggested that local injection of OK-432 may also be possible. Obtain clinical efficacy.
