双6地下储气库利用枯竭砂岩气层为储层,压力亏空、孔隙度大、渗透率高、储层保护要求高。针对区块水平井钻井施工中面临的井壁稳定、润滑防卡、储层保护和二开固井前承压堵漏等技术难题,通过优选钻井液体系,优化承压堵漏配方,在储层压力系数仅0.1-0.2的情况下,二开使用有机硅随钻堵漏钻井液、三开使用有机盐无固相钻井液,二开固井前实施承压堵漏提高地层承压能力4.0Mpa以上,使地层承压能力得到显著提高,满足了中完之前地层承压能力>4.0Mpa的特殊施工要求,保证了安全快速钻井。
