在素质教育不断得到深入的今天,体育教学的作用受到学校普遍的重视。学生良好的体质是学生学习的基础,但是在中学中,学生面临很大的学习压力,在体育课以外锻炼身体的机会很少,循环往复形成了一个恶性的循环。如何使学生在不影响学习的前提下保持良好的身体状态成为了体育教育工作者研究的一个课题,培养中学生自我锻炼能力也适时的提出,本文结合自身教学实践,从中学生进行自我锻炼能力培养的重要性与必要性出发,对当前中学生自我锻炼能力的现状进行分析,试图找出提高中学生自我锻炼能力的一些可行性策略。
In the continuous deepening of quality education, the role of physical education is generally valued by schools. Students ’good physique is the basis of students’ learning. However, in middle schools, students face great learning pressure and have few chances to exercise outside the physical education class. The cycle has formed a vicious circle. How to enable students to maintain a good physical condition without affecting the learning has become a topic for the PE educators to study and cultivate the self-training ability of middle-school students, which is also put forward in time. In this paper, self-training practice Importance and necessity, this article analyzes the current situation of middle school students’self-training ability and attempts to find out some feasible strategies to improve the self-training ability of middle school students.
