协查通报两传双辽6月2日,双辽市公安局接到吉林省公安厅转发的北京市公安局协查通报,请求协助抓捕公安部A级督捕逃犯王青海、程龙。接到通报后,双辽市公安局长薛汉立即召集主管刑侦工作的副局长邵辉、刑警大队及相关部门的领导,安排设卡、布控工作。6月18日,双辽市公安局再次接到吉林省公安厅的协查通报和公安部A级通缉令,得知王青海、程龙两名嫌疑人驾驶黑色皇冠3.0轿车,于6月18日16时40分在大连市金州区出现,持刀扎伤两名拦截交警后驱车朝吉林省方向逃跑。接到通报后,薛汉局长要求各截卡点进入临战状态。
