目前很多家纺企业经营状况并不如意,亟待产业调整和升级。江苏金太阳纺织科技有限公司召开的“企业灵魂再造”活动帮助客户企业提升经营理念,实现产业链的互动,挖掘行业潜力,实现有序经营。12月4~6日,由江苏金太阳纺织科技有限公司主办的“企业灵魂再造”活动在上海举行。活动邀请了师道人本管理教育集团的老师讲解了“教导型组织”的企业管理模式,并开展了如何打造“家纺绿色生态圈”的集体讨论,来自江苏、浙江、上海、湖南等地的百余家纺织企业负责人参加了本次活动。
