笔者将学生入校的第一个学期的四个月分成了四个阶段,每个阶段学生的思想和行为发生不同的变化,笔者以不同的方式进行引导,使学生尽快适应新学校的生活。
The author divides the four months of the first semester into four stages. The students’ thoughts and behaviors undergo different changes in each stage. The author guides in different ways so that the students can adapt to the new school’s life as soon as possible.
