本文对以MEH-PPV为发光层发光器件的光输出特性进行了研究,在考虑发光层的吸收及不同的波长情况下对器件的光输出进行了数值模拟,并在此基础上对器件进行改进.经过比较,改进后的器件提高了光的透射率和最大发光角.将此方法与Garbuzov等人设计的器件进行结合,计算得出结合后的器件比原器件的光能输出提高了约30%.
In this paper, the light output characteristics of MEH-PPV as a light-emitting layer light-emitting device were studied.
