本组81例中男性59例,女性22例,以50～61岁发病率最高。临床病理分期按全国胃癌协作组统一的国际抗癌联盟协会制订的TNM分期法,其中Ⅲ期36例,Ⅳ期45例。
In this group of 81 cases of 59 males and 22 females, the highest incidence of 50 to 61 years old. The clinical pathological staging was based on the TNM staging method developed by the National Association for the Surgical Gastroenterology of the National Association of Anticancer Unions, which included 36 patients with stage III and 45 patients with stage IV.
