自1995年6月至今,笔者对32例平素健康、诱因不明的霉菌性食管炎病人,仅给予内镜下碘甘油治疗,效果满意,现介绍如下。1 临床资料 女22例,男10例。明确诊断前误诊为食管癌或返流性食管炎,经内镜、结合刷取物涂片显微镜下检菌确诊。本组32例中,16例合并返流性食管炎,2例原因不明,14例有暴饮暴食习惯;其霉菌感染的主要原因为食管运动功能失调、食管粘膜损伤,不包括继发于恶
