围封灌浆是近年来针对软土地基加固,特别是对已建建筑物地基的加固处理问题提出的一项新的技术方法.首先采用高压喷射灌浆工艺,在需进行加固的区域外缘营造地下围封板墙,隔断需加固土体与周围土体的联系,形成围封.静压灌浆从靠近围封板墙处开始,分序逐步向建筑物靠近,迫使基础外固土体向基础底部挤压,以此来控制施工初期建筑物的沉降速率.多次注入的浆液迫使基土经过扰动—固结—再扰动—再固结的多次循环过程,大幅度提高被灌上体的强度.
Enclosed grouting is a new technique proposed in recent years for the reinforcement of soft soil foundations, especially for the reinforcement of foundations of existing buildings. First, a high-pressure jet grouting process is used to create an underground enclosure wall at the outer edge of the area to be reinforced, and to cut off the contact between the soil to be reinforced and the surrounding soil to form an enclosure. The hydrostatic grouting begins near the enclosure wall and gradually approaches the building in a step-by-step manner, forcing the base external solid body to squeeze towards the base bottom, so as to control the settlement rate of the initial construction period. Multiple injections of the slurry forced the base soil to undergo multiple cycles of perturbation-consolidation-re-perturbation-re-consolidation, greatly increasing the strength of the subsurface body.
