目的本研究旨在了解空降兵官兵在跳伞训练前期的精神健康水平以及应对和防御行为特点,并进一步探讨这两者的关系,为做好空降兵的心理素质培训、心理咨询与卫生保健提供理论与实践依据。方法采用随机、分层、整群抽样方法,对空降兵某部的607名官兵在跳伞训练前期,应用症状自评量表、应对方式问卷、防御行为问卷进行调查。结果大多数空降兵官兵倾向于应用积极的应付行为,且干部、受教育程度高的空降兵倾向于应用成熟型防御行为。相关分析显示,空降兵精神健康水平与消极应付和不成熟型防御应付及中间型防御应对方式呈显著正相关,而与绝大部分积极应付行为呈显著负相关,与绝大部分成熟型防御行为之间无明显相关。结论要高度重视空降兵跳伞训练中的心理健康问题,改善空降兵官兵的外部心理社会环境,增强其正性情感体验、心理防护能力和应付技巧,提高部队战斗力。
Aims This study aimed to understand the mental health status and the coping and defensive behaviors of airborne officers and men in the early parachute training and to further explore the relationship between them and provide theoretical basis for their training in psychological quality, psychological counseling and health care And practice basis. Methods Randomized, stratified and cluster sampling methods were used to investigate 607 officers and men of a certain section of airborne troop in the early stage of parachuting training, using symptom checklist, coping style questionnaire and defensive behavior questionnaire. As a result, most airborne officers tend to apply positive coping and cadres, highly educated airborne forces tend to apply mature defensive behavior. Correlation analysis showed that the mental health status of airborne soldiers was significantly and positively correlated with negative coping and immature defensive coping and intermediate defensive coping styles, but significantly negatively correlated with the most active coping styles, and most of the mature defensive behaviors No significant correlation between. Conclusion It is necessary to attach great importance to the mental health problems in parachuting training of airborne soldiers, improve the external psychological and social environment of airborne officers and soldiers, enhance their positive emotional experience, psychological defense skills and coping skills, and improve their combat effectiveness.
