应用形态定量法对３５例健康成年人的７０份肾上腺标本的体积及不同结构层次的重量、髓质／皮质比值作了测定。结果：新鲜标本的体积左侧５．２３±０．１１ｃｍ×２．４８±０．１２ｃｍ×０．５１±０．０２ｃｍ，右侧３．８７±０．１１ｃｍ×３．１７±０．１１ｃｍ×０．５５±０．０２ｃｍ；总重量左侧４．２３±０．１２ｇ，右侧４．０４±０．１１ｇ；皮质重量左侧３．６５±０．１２ｇ，右侧３．４６±０．１３ｇ，占总重量的８６％；髓质重量左侧０．３９±０．０２ｇ，右侧０．３７±０．０１ｇ．占９％；其他组织重量左侧０．２２±０．０２ｇ，右侧０．２３±０．０２ｇ，占５％；两侧髓质／皮质比值为０．１０±０．０１。与对照组（柯兴综合征患者手术切除的肾上腺）８份标本比较，其体积、总重量、皮质（Ｐ＜０．００１）及髓质／皮质比值（Ｐ＜０．０５）均有显著性差异。本研究为国人正常肾上腺重量及病理学诊断提供了参考依据。
The morphological and quantitative methods were used to determine the volume and medulla / cortical ratio of 70 adrenal specimens from 35 healthy adults. Results: The volume of the fresh specimen was 5.23 ± 0.11cm × 2.48 ± 0.12cm × 0.51 ± 0.02cm on the left and 3.87 ± 0.11cm × 3.17 ± 0.11cm on the right 0.55 ± 0.02 cm; 4.23 ± 0.12 g on the left and 4.04 ± 0.11 g on the right; 3.65 ± 0.12 g on the left and 3.46 ± 0 on the right. 13g, accounting for 86% of the total weight; medullary weight of 0.39 ± 0.02g left, right 0.37 ± 0.01g. Accounting for 9%; other organizations weighing 0.22 ± 0.02g on the left, 0.23 ± 0.02g on the right, accounting for 5%; medulla / cortical ratio on both sides was 0.10 ± 0.01. There were significant differences in the volume, total weight, cortex (P <0.001) and medulla / cortical ratio (P <0.05) between the control group and the control group difference. This study provides a reference for normal weight and pathological diagnosis of adrenal gland.
