根据省委部署,现在省政府的机构改革工作已在一些部门展开。为在机构改革中加强财产和财务管理,避免损失浪费,进一步贯彻落实省委、省政府(82)207号电报通知精神,特作如下通知:一、省直各部门不论撤销、合并或划分,都要加强财产和财务的管理,对其办公房屋、设备、物资、资金进行一次认真清理盘点,登记造册,报省政府办公厅备查。清理后不论是留用还是移交新单位使用,均应按照规定办理移交和帐务处理手续。二、财产物资的处理
