工业园区建设是近年来对外直接投资经常采用的一种方式。对于我国来说,在对外直接投资的方式上采用工业园区建设是适合我国国情的,有助于我国境外投资企业之间的互助合作,增强国际竞争力。随着我国鼓励企业“走出去”的发展战略,山西省工业园区建设也发展的如火如荼。山西企业对外直接投资的工业园区建设带动了我省经济的发展,但还存在一些问题。因此,我们应针对山西对外直接投资工业园区建设的现状,分析存在的问题以及与国际上知名工业园区的差距,主动采取积极的对策措施,使我省对外直接投资工业园区得到可持续、稳定、和谐的发展。
The construction of industrial parks is one of the most frequently used forms of outward direct investment in recent years. For our country, the use of industrial parks in the form of OFDI is suitable for China’s national conditions and helps mutual cooperation and cooperation among overseas-invested enterprises of our country and enhances their international competitiveness. With the development strategy of encouraging enterprises to “go global” in our country, the construction of industrial parks in Shanxi Province is also in full swing. The construction of industrial parks for direct investment by Shanxi enterprises has led to the economic development of our province, but there are still some problems. Therefore, in light of the status quo of the construction of Shanxi’s OFDI industrial parks, we should analyze the existing problems and the gaps with internationally renowned industrial parks and take the initiative to take active measures to make our province’s OFDI industrial parks sustainable, stable, Harmonious development.
