赛果高速公路隧道工程是新疆地区首次出现的长大高速公路隧道,具有地质环境条件复杂、岩层节理裂隙发育、风化严重、围岩变形大和自稳时间短等特点。通过严格采用新奥法施工,根据监控量测及时进行设计变更并调整初期支护参数和施工工艺,确保了各条隧道的安全和经济施工。针对其中的偏压隧道———桦木沟隧道,通过地表下沉和数值模拟分析了偏压隧道围岩的变形特征以及稳定性状态,并对隧道偏压的影响因素进行了分析,给出了预防和治理措施,对相类似隧道的设计与施工具有参考价值。
The result highway is the first large-scale expressway tunnel in Xinjiang, which has the characteristics of complex geological and environmental conditions, developed fractured joints, serious weathering, large deformation of surrounding rock and short self-stabilization time. By strictly adopting the construction of the new Austrian law, the design changes and the initial support parameters and construction technology are timely adjusted according to the monitoring measurements to ensure the safety and economic construction of all the tunnels. In view of the biased tunnel, Huamugou tunnel, the deformation characteristics and the stability of surrounding rock of the biased tunnel are analyzed by surface subsidence and numerical simulation, and the influencing factors of tunnel bias are analyzed. Prevention and control measures have similar reference value for the design and construction of similar tunnels.
