微型计算机具有体积小,重量轻、灵活可靠,价格便宜等优点。其应用天地区日新月异。原数学程序控制装置的逻辑烦琐、线路复杂。经常出现障、价格昂贵。因此用微型计算机代替数学程序控制装置是扬长避短的更新和发展。本设计是M6800的应用。一、控制原理图纸中的任意图形都可以由直线和园弧来组合。对直线和园弧的加工用逐点比较法来实现。一般机床加工的脉冲当量为1μm,一个当量扦补运算的时间不超过1ms,使用M6800控制完全可以满足加工速度的要求。
