1984年2月19日,在烟台市委市政府向省政府写出的报告中,提出拟定烟台大学,距今已有30年,30年风雨历程,烟台大学飞速发展,跃跃向前。当初的法律系已经成为了现今的法学院,并且紧跟时代步伐,在信息与互联网的21世纪中引进知识产权这一专业,申请成立了知识产权研究院,迎着时代脉搏,拼搏向前。知识产权的发展虽然刚刚起步,但是前景是广阔而美好的,如何通过更好的制度与对策来为知识产权的发展保驾护航更上一层楼,我想是值得烟大人深深思考,不断创新,再创佳绩。
