该文研究了极低体重儿(出生体重<1500克)出生后一周内肾上腺皮质激素水平与动脉导管未闭(PDA)、肺部炎症及呼吸道预后间的关系。 方法 在两个医学中心应用放射免疫法对出生体重<1500克的早产儿(曾在围产期接受过肾上腺皮质激素治疗者除外),分别于其出生后2~7天内测定其血清可的松浓度共3次。对其中插管治疗者同时应用酶联免疫吸附法测定其气管灌洗液中的白介素-1β,6,8、总蛋白、清蛋白和α-1抗胰蛋白酶浓度。
This study examined the relationship between adrenocorticotropic hormone levels and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), lung inflammation, and airway prognosis within one week after birth in very low birth weight children (birth weight <1500 g). Methods The radioimmunoassay was performed in two medical centers to determine the effect of cortisone on preterm infants (except those who had received adrenal cortex hormones during the perinatal period) with birth weight <1500 g. A total of 3 concentrations. In addition, intratracheal intratracheal intratracheal instillation of interleukin-1β, 6,8, total protein, albumin and α-1 antitrypsin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
